varied options convenient location
I appreciated the staff's friendliness. They accommodated my needs promptly. The breakfast offered a good variety of options. The hotel has a convenient location as it is near several restaurants. Subway access is available to multiple stations.
Elevators were occasionally slow. I did not enjoy that I sometimes waited for a while.

i appreciated the hotel's location near times square. it was super convenient! breakfast was a plus and provided many options to choose from. the staff was attentive and always ready to help with questions i had. the room included complimentary coffee and tea throughout the day.
